BHS has brought a new smart finished-product warehouse online at its Tianjin production base, making warehouse management simpler and delivery more reliable.

Integrated with the ERP system of the company, the smart warehouse improves inventory accuracy, speeds up picking and dispatch, and gives project teams clearer visibility of stock - strengthening the ability of BHS to deliver large, multi-store programmes on time.

This investment is part of a wider upgrade of the manufacturing and logistics infrastructure as the company scales to serve international customers.
