A 100,000 m² production base, automated lines and end-to-end quality control — the manufacturing engine behind every BHS project.
BHS controls quality by making fixtures ourselves. Our production and delivery system uses high-quality imported and domestic equipment — including robotic arms, laser cutting and bending machines, and laser welding machines — and strictly adheres to national environmental and emission standards.
Leveraging an ERP system as the platform, we achieve information-based control across the entire workflow: order receiving, production and inventory management. Quality is inspected at every stage, from raw material testing through process testing to finished-product warehousing.
