Our lines include robotic arms, laser cutting and bending machines and laser welding machines, all controlled through an ERP system that manages order receiving, production and inventory. A smart finished-product warehouse streamlines storage and dispatch, while an emission-free spraying line keeps finishing clean and compliant.
The BHS Technology R&D Center supports product research and development, process testing, structural verification and innovative applications — the engineering behind more than 200 patents.
This combination of equipment, systems and scale lets us take on large multi-store rollouts and international programmes without compromising lead times or quality.
