Project Management
The part of a rollout that decides whether the rest of it lands.
The project operation system runs from three operation centres — Beijing, Shanghai and Quanzhou — with six independent after-sales service networks in Shenyang, Xianyang, Bozhou, Chengdu, Guangzhou and Tianjin.
Delivery is held together by managing several things at once: progress monitoring, user data analysis, risk, and after-sales. The point of the structure is that a programme spread across many stores still arrives as one piece of work.
What it covers
Process Control
Order management is enforced through the ERP system, so delivery is underwritten by the process rather than by individual effort.
Time Management
Each store is the unit. Delivery timing is broken into staged targets and managed stage by stage, so the overall schedule holds.
Risk Management
Order completeness and fulfilment rates are read early, which puts project management ahead of problems instead of behind them.
After-Sales Management
From receiving the request to the solution, the on-site rectification and the final rectification report — each step logged in a management ledger that drives the next improvement.
