Production Process

Our production process is standardised and information-led. Using the ERP system as a platform, BHS controls the entire workflow — order receiving, material preparation, production, quality inspection and inventory — so that every order follows the same disciplined path.

This means repeatable quality whether we're producing a single bespoke fixture or fitting out thousands of stores. Each stage includes its own quality checkpoint: raw-material testing, in-process testing and finished-product warehousing testing.
